In the morning proceed to Kumarakom after breakfast. The village of Kumarakom is a cluster of little islands on the Vembanad Lake, and this small water world is part of the Kuttanad region. The bird sanctuary here, which is spread across 14 acres, is a favourite haunt of migratory birds and an ornithologist’s paradise. One can see a lot of rubber plantations. A cruise on the Vembanad Lake, gently rocked by the waves rippling to the rhythm of the swaying coconut palms on the distant banks could be truly exhilarating. Stay in the backwater resort and enjoy your day in swimming or a massage that would do wonders on your body. The splash of water slapping softly on the banks provides soothing background music. Visit Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. The breathtaking view of the lake during the dawn and dusk and the glimpse of the formation of birds flaping in and out of the bird sanctuary can be seen from any spot of the island.
Drive to the pristine Varkala beach famous for Hindu Pilgrim centre. According to ancient Hindu beliefs bathing in the sea off the coast of Varkala cleanses you of your sins and hence it is often referred to as the Papanasini, or sin-reliever in local parlance. The 2000 year old Janardana Swamy Temple and the Nature Centre are the two main attractions of Varkala. It has a breathtaking scenery of the High cliffs rising over the beach and spurting mineral springs water springs.

Kovalam the International Beach destination of Kerala with shallow water for swimming and other water sports activities. The leisure options at this beach are plenty and diverse – sunbathing, swimming, herbal body toning massages, special cultural programs, Catamaran cruising etc.
Morning after breakfast proceed to Trivandrum located in the southwestern tip of India, bound by the Arabian Sea in the west and Tamil Nadu in the east. Named after Anantha Padmanabha or Lord Vishnu, the city is home to many ancient temples. The place has a long shoreline with internationally renowned beaches, historic monuments, backwater stretches and a rich cultural heritage make this district a much sought after tourist destination. Clean and green, Trivandrum the capital of Kerala is one of the most beautiful cities in the country. Go for a visit to Padmanabha Swamy temple, Napier Museum and Srichitra Art gallery. Have a look around to Horse palace near the Padmanabha swamy temple which houses numerous artifacts. Visit the zoo near to The Napier museum. The park has plenty to excite the animal lover in you. The Trivandrum zoo is one among the best designed in Asia and is set amidst woodland, lakes and lawns.

Kanyakumari, India lands end is where the three seas Arabian Sea, Indian Ocean and the Bay of Bengal meet, and hence the confluence is called Thriveni Sangamam. The beach itself is a beautiful sight, with multi-coloured sands and spectacular sunrises and sunsets as the sky and horizon break into a riot of color. Visit Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Gandhi Mandapam and Temple, Evening Visit Sunset Point. Evening Back to Kovalam & Overnight Stay at Hotel.
